AR Home Services, LLC, operating as HDMK Inspection Services and Build FORTIFIED ("HDMK," "we"), operates build-fortified.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you register a project or request an evaluation, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, property address, project details, contractor and invoice contacts, and any notes. We also collect basic usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location — through analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate eligibility, schedule site visits, coordinate with your contractor and any grant program you select, submit documentation to IBHS, deliver your certificate, and communicate with you about your project. We use analytics data to improve the website.

Who we share it with

We share project information only as needed to deliver the service: with IBHS for FORTIFIED designation; with grant administrators or intermediaries you select; with your contractor; and with service providers that run our systems, including Salesforce (customer records) and Google (analytics and email). We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send text messages about your project, such as visit notices and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep project records as long as needed to provide the service and meet program and legal requirements. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email info@hdmk.net.
